- Reservations are Non-refundable.
- Re schedule: It is only possible to make a change (Dates, Tours, Days) after you have booked. The second change will have a charge of USD$5=$100 pesos for administrative expenses
- In case of total cancellation, the amount of the reservation cannot be refunded, it is only possible to re-schedule your tours.
- In case you need to pay the “Balance” by credit card, a 5% charge will be made by a bank commission outside the agency.
- In case of not being at the time and place established in your voucher, a “No Show” note will be left in the lobby of your hotel, which guarantees that the unit was at the place and time indicated, and in case of being located at a meeting point, photographic and / or video evidence will be sent to ensure that the unit was in place, it is possible to re-schedule the tour, but it is not refundable.
- BALANCE: The amount established as “Balance” must be 100% settled just before boarding the unit, in case of not doing so, you will not be able to access the unit.
- VECA TOURS is not responsible for any loss of personal items during the tour.
